Today

My week has been interesting, I started a new craze at work. I implemented a push ups into our daily work schedule. It has caught on quite a bit, I was surprised. Everybody seemed to be into a healthy work atmosphere. I must say that working and going to school has been a new experience for me. I hope that I have the longevity left in me to make it through.

This is my very first blog. I must say that it was a lot of fun creating my very own space online. I hope that it brings all that uses it as much joy as it was for me to create it.
